Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking being approved, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount and the deposit (if applicable). Have you emailed us but haven't received a response yet? Don't worry, we will consider the date of cancellation to be the date you sent your email.

• For cancellations up to the 30th day before the start of your stay, the cancellation fee is 10% of the total price.

• For cancellations from the 30th to the 15th day before the start of your stay, the cancellation fee is 40% of the total price.

• For cancellations from the 15th day up to the first day of your stay, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price.

We recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance.
